Max Hannah has been the Managing Director of Frogmat since its commencement in 1994. During this period the company has grown considerably in diversity and annual turnover. From a humble beginning as a manufacturer and supplier of land care products, the company now undertakes landscape construction and maintenance projects ranging in size from residential properties, to the largest of multi-disciplinary civil and construction projects.

With a prior background as an educator, Max has guided and developed the company around people with professional qualifications and experience in the environmental, landscaping and horticultural industries. This has enabled Frogmat to produce landscape projects with a quality of finish we are proud of.

As Operations Manager Jane is responsible for the day to day Project Management for all of the Frogmat Projects under construction.

Deane Criddle joined Frogmat in March 2005. He has completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is working as the Finance Officer. Deane is responsible for all accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and various other financial operations of the company.

Cheyenne Pink Cristancho joined Frogmat in 2007. Cheyenne is responsible for the Estimation and quotaion of Tenders and projects inlcuding the dissemination and incorporation of information to submit the final price and liaising with Landscape Architects, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Amy Biggs joined Frogmat in 2007. She is currently undertaking a traineeship certificate 3 in Business and is responsible for the business administration at Frogmat Environmental.

Jonelle McKane joined Frogmat in 2008 to fulfil the role of Contracts Administrator. Jonelle has extensive experience in the landscaping industry. Her reponsibilities include the co-ordination and administration of projects, liaising with Landscape Architects, suppliers and contractors and the procurement and ordering of stock for projects awarded to Frogmat Environmental.

Luke Oliver commenced employment with Frogmat in July 2004. Luke is highly qualified in his line of work, as he currently holds a Diploma in Horticulture, Certificate IV in Horticulture, and Certificate III in Landscape Horticulture, and is also currently working towards completing a Bachelor of Agribusiness. In 2005, Luke was awarded Western Australia's Horticulturalist of the year, which was due to his enthusiasm, valued hands-on approach and pride in his work.

Peter van Bockxmeer joined Frogmat in 2004, and since then has managed several complex multi-stage construction projects for clients such as Mirvac Fini, Peet & Co, Broad Construction, and Georgiou Group. Peter has developed excellent skills in all aspects of project management throughout his time with Frogmat, and consistently produces finished projects to award winning standards, within all constraints. Having a positive attitude, Peter focuses on ensuring all hard and soft landscape works are carried out in a time and cost effective manner, to the benefit of the client. Peter has recently taken on the position of Regional Project Supervisor, and will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing all regional projects in Western Australia.

Jamie Wilkes started with Frogmat in 2004 as the maintenance supervisor, after several years of experience within the industry. He redefined this role to make it his own and set standards that raised the benchmark within the company. In 2005, Jamie was promoted to Project Supervisor. Jamie maintains high standards to produce work of exceptional quality and to extremely high standards. No job is too challenging or demanding for Jamie, and he lives by his moto "an ordinary person doing extraordinary things", while he continues to strive for perfection in his ongoing work with us.

Evan joined Frogmat in December 2004 and has brought management skills and expertice from other industries. He is currently surpervising in the planning and construction of some complex estate developments.

Dion Wilkes commenced employment with Frogmat in July 2004 as a casual labourer, and has recently been promoted to Project Supervisor. Dion is currently studying at university.

David Hogan joined Frogmat in may 2007. Davids responsibilities range the maintenance of landscaping and land Management of projects under construction. He comes with 8 years experience in landscaping construction and maintenance, and land management.

David has presented himself as a strong new member of our management team, and has demonstrated a high level of expertise and sincere enthusiasm to the project allocated.

Trevor Fitzsimmons commenced employment with Frogmat in December 2006 as the maintenance officer. Trevor is responsible for supervising and the continual maintenance of jobs under construction and completed jobs.
