FROGMAT ENVIRONMENTAL (Australasia) Pty Ltd, a privately owned Western Asutralian company that undertakes projects involving landscape construction and maintenance services to the construction, civil and commerical development industries.
The prime objective of FROGMAT is to provide all services and products related to its projects in a manner that conforms to the contractual and regulatory requirements. The aim is to provide a level of services and quality of products above and beyond the basic requirements in order to secure ongoing and mutually beneficial contractual relationships with clients.
In order to achieve this objective it is the policy of FROGMAT to establish and maintain an efficient and effective quality assurance program, planned, developed and continuously improved in conjunction with all management functions. Whilst the final responsibility for the company's operations and quality rests with it's Director, the Company cannot achieve its objectives without the involvement of each individual taking responsibility for the quality of their own work. Adherence to Company procedures will ensure that quality goals are meta nd should problems arise, they are resolved promptly and in a manner that will prevent recurrance.
The procedures used in our system are kept continually under review and techniques improved whenever and wherever necessary. A philosophy of continuous improvement has been adopted by Frogmat to ensure our quality system will be a continuously evoloving program and one which is relevant to the organizational aims and goals of the company as well as meeting the needs and expectations of our clents.
The quality system of FROGMAT ENVIRONMENTAL is based upon the requirements of Australian Standard ISO 9001-2000. A copy of our Quality Systems Manual is available on request.
